 Ball Valves

Instrument Ball Valve??design to control the flow of a medium. The ball inside??acts as a port to allow the flow depending on the position of the handle. They are manufactured and tested for high pressure applications upto 6000 psi and are available in different material and end connections as per customer requirements. Standard configuration are SS316, SS304 material and end connection of male / female NPT, BSP, OD ferrule compression and ISO threads etc. There are different design of ball valve such as:

 Check Valves

Check valves are used to restrict the flow in only one preferred direction.
It provide unidirectional flow and tight shut off in the other director for liquid and gases.
The check valve opens when the differential pressure is more than the cracking pressure and media will flow in preferred direction, while when the differential pressure is below cracking pressure, the valve will close thereby no media will flow.

 Important Features of Check Valves

 Material can be SS316, SS304, Monel, Hastelloy and others. Complete Material traceability to its Material test report is available.
 All wetted parts can be offered as per NACE MR-01-75
 Design Pressure: 205 barg / 3000 psi & Temperature: upto 200??C
 Sizes are from 1/8" to 1".
 Cracking pressure shall be from 1 psi to 25 psi.
 Available in all possible configuration of end connection.

 Double Block & Bleed Valves

Double Block and Bleed Valve can perform the functions of 3 separate Valves i.e. 2 separate isolations and 1 drain Valve, thereby saving space, weight and installation time and maintenance work.

This valve is operating on the principle that the isolation can be done from both side i.e. upstream and downstream.

Different configurations of designs are available such as two ball, gate, globe, needle, etc. Valves are located in a series configuration with the third valve used as bleed valve in the centre cavity.

This valve is used for flow diverting, sampling, injection, maintenance and integrity check of seat leakage through the bleed valve. They are available in different designs i.e.. Single piece design and 3 piece design.
